We had a brilliant experience with HomeScan! From start to finish it was a very smooth process. Dan explained how the survey would work and then they were booked in a couple of days later (we couldn't believe how quick it was). Daniel did structural (level 3)survey for us on two separate occasions. Every time he was quick to respond to our emails and to contact vendors/agents (which is, sadly not an industry standard) He provided a comprehensive report addressing our pre-inspection concerns together with his professional opinion about the property. He advised on the best course of action regarding repairs/upgrades/maintenance.
Without exaggeration, he was the most professional out of all the people involved in the purchase of the property and an example of what "value for money" should mean in the industry.

Absolutely brilliant. I first learnt of Dan through the QandA he did on the Moving Home With Charlie channel where his honest integrity shone through. Daniel was fast to respond and very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered a competitive price and quick turn around. The report is extremely thorough and included plenty of photos and drone shots - the standard of the survey was miles apart from previous surveys I have had, and I could tell he had been in the property a substantial amount of time taking care to survey the property as well as document specifics I had asked for.
Really impressed with the service throughout and he even helped with follow up questions etc.
