Absolutely flawless service from start to finish. Contacted Daniel on the 5th September and the survey was arranged, booked and sent back to us by the 16th September.
Daniel spent time advising on the best survey for the house we were looking at, and recommended level 2 which turned out to be more than enough for our needs.

Are you planning to buy a house? Stop and speak to Dan first. You'll be glad you did. I contacted Dan a few months before I had a confirmed house. He couldn't have been nicer and more patient with my zillion queries. Eventually, when time came for a survey, Dan was prompt and super efficient. I had a very detailed report within 5 days with lots of photos and he spoke to me at length explaining everything I needed to know about the house. During the conveyancing process, I needed to contact him a few times for clarifications or insights about subsidence, etc. Dan was always available -- including while on a holiday cruise! This was my first attempt at buying a house and I couldn't have asked for a better surveyor.

I came across Daniel on YouTube while looking for a surveyor, and he has been a Godsend. In the process of buying my first home, firstly he saved me from buying a money pit. I then found my dream home and he carried out a level 3 survey and I can honestly say his service was flawless. Daniel did structural (level 3)survey for us on two separate occasions. Every time he was quick to respond to our emails and to contact vendors/agents (which is, sadly not an industry standard) He provided a comprehensive report addressing our pre-inspection concerns together with his professional opinion about the property. He advised on the best course of action regarding repairs/upgrades/maintenance.
