Every time he was quick to respond to our emails and to contact vendors/agents (which is, sadly not an industry standard) He provided a comprehensive report addressing our pre-inspection concerns together with his professional opinion about the property. He advised on the best course of action regarding repairs/upgrades/maintenance.

The report is extremely thorough and included plenty of photos and drone shots - the standard of the survey was miles apart from previous surveys I have had, and I could tell he had been in the property a substantial amount of time taking care to survey the property as well as document specifics I had asked for.

Really impressed with the service throughout and he even helped with follow up questions etc.
