Dan has been so helpful, i have had 2 surveys completed in the last 6 months, which have been incredibly detailed and informative. Daniel is really good at communicating over email prior to the survey and afterwards. The survey itself was extremely detailed and really helpful with the points raised. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with HomeScan. From start to finish, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, he was unwell on the day of the viewing and had to cancel, which was completely understandable. However, he worked through the weekend to ensure the report was delivered on time – an excellent reflection of his commitment and professionalism! The report itself was comprehensive, with over 200 images and clear, detailed text that highlighted even the smallest of issues. It was both easy to understand and packed with all the essential information. Thanks to this, we now feel far more confident in the property we’re buying, as we know exactly what we need to address and what potential risks it could pose. Throughout the entire process, communication was seamless, and responses to emails were prompt and efficient. I truly felt that our needs were prioritised, and I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service and attention to detail. Daniel has provided two surveys for me both of which have been detailed and thorough. He took many photos to evidence his findings in the reports which unfortunatley not all surveyors do. He's certainly worth considering as he's spared me from purchasing a home with a major defect that could have been extremely costly. I engaged Dan for a property I'm considering purchasing. What immediately stood out for me was Dan's knowledge, his speed getting back to me and answering questions, his willingness to accommodate specific areas I wanted special attention for the survey. Following his visit, I got a quick turnaround of results including a call to discuss his findings all within a week. Aside from this, Dan has continually explained follow on questions I have had. Including his professional advice on when specialist trades where further required. I would not hesitate engaging Dan in the future. Excellent service from Dan who went above and beyond and supplied us with a very thorough, well thought out report on the property we are in process of buying. Dan was very helpful from the start - offering advice on the best type of report suited to the property (Level 3 for 1900's Victorian terrace) - and all the way to the - walking us through the results of the survey and answering all our questions in a very knowledgable and accessible manner.
