I would thoroughly recommend Homescan. We had a level 3 building survey done by Daniel. The review was detailed, easy to read, organised into sections & supported by a number of images. Daniel is very professional, responds quickly to messages, the report turnaround was timely & Daniel supported us post survey & addressed any further questions we had. We honestly could not recommend Daniel’s services enough!
We were in the process of buying a lovely Victorian house, and as it was old we decided to get a level 3 survey done with Daniel and we are EXTREAMLY glad we did. Daniel’s report was thorough, easy to read and understand with actions on how to proceed with the problems found, as well as a follow up call to discuss the results.
Thanks do Daniel we dodged a bullet- the house had at least 30k worth of hidden damage in damp and building repairs.

If you are looking for a level 3 survey I would honestly use his services- there are allot of bad companies out there, my sisters surveyor missed at least 20k worth of damp damage that she is now stuck paying for!

Daniel was excellent throughout the survey process and we’re incredibly grateful for all of his help.

As first-time buyers, his expertise, advice and pragmatic approach made the whole process far less stressful. He was always very responsive with both us and the estate agent and was flexible and accommodating throughout.

The report Daniel produced was extremely detailed, with plenty of images including drone photography but still very easy to understand thanks to the clear explanation of the key risks, actions and next steps. We also really appreciated the time Daniel took to talk us through the findings afterwards, answering all of our questions.

Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase due to the hidden structural issues uncovered in the survey, we’re very thankful these were identified before completion. Sorry my review is super late. Im a first time buyer and nearly purchased a 1st floor 1 bed flat last year which had a few hidden problems and not obvious to the average person.

Fortunately I got in touch with Daniel Knight at Home Scan after watching an interview he was in on the "Moving Home With Charlie" Youtube Channel where they had a live interview from actual buyers throwing out all types of questions about surveys and how they work.

Daniel was very professional when carrying out the detailed Level 3 Survey and after it was completed sent a report over by email and followed up with a call which had everything on there including images of any potential issues or hazards from inside to outside the property nothing was missed.

The comunication has been great and the turn around was quick.

The survey was definately worth it and gave me piece of mind.

Will 100% be using Daniel at Home Scan again.
